Check protected-cell fit
Use only in equipment that accepts protected button-top 18650 batteries. The added PCB and button top increase the finished length. A device that accepts an unprotected 18650 may not accept this battery. Confirm the finished battery dimensions and contact arrangement against your device manual before ordering; contact us if your compartment has a tight fit.
Charging and handling
Use a lithium-ion charger specified for 4.2V charging and protected button-top cells. Check the charger’s accepted battery length and charge-current limits. PCB protection does not replace the charging controls or protection required by a multi-cell battery-pack design. Do not remove the wrapper or protection circuit. Keep batteries in an insulating case and replace any battery with damaged wrapping or terminals.
