Order Processing
- Shipping Cutoff is 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
IMPORTANT:
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotions
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:
- UPS Ground: 3-4 business days
- UPS 3 Day: 3 business days
- UPS 2 Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day
Shipments are delivered Monday-Friday only.
IMPORTANT:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Shipping companies no longer guarantee specific delivery days, and for that reason shipping is not refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may only be shipped via ground transportation
- We currently ship only within the continental United States
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
IMPORTANT:
We do not ship outside the U.S.A. for any reason
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight, dimensions, shipping method & destination address
IMPORTANT:
Any and all promotions for free shipping will be clearly indicated on the website
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delays & Delivery Issues
- While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Federal Holidays (UPS, FedEx, USPS & DHL do not ship on these days)
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been given to the carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delay, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and contents
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
