Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in the original condition
- The items is in it's original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
IMPORTANT:
Special order items and custom assembled products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Special order products
- Custom assembled battery packs or components
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Return Authorization Required
All Returns must be approved in advance
To request a return
- Email us at sales@rocketdistributing.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- If approved, you will receive return instructions.
IMPORTANT:
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Items must be returned via ground shipping only and packaged according to applicable guidelines.
- You may be required to return to one of our fulfillment partners such as Rocket Distributing.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Please provide photos and a description of the issue
- Incorrect Items: Incorrect items will be replaced.
- Defective Items: Defective items will be replaced after testing.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and/or tested:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 10 business days for processing
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be pre-approved.
- If you need a different item, please email for approval.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipping, it must go through the return process (if eligible).
