For VX820 / VX920 batteries (BPV128LI / FNB-V128LI / FNB-V127LI), place the riser in the front / rear positions so that the text VX820 is visible and on the side of the pod opposite the charging contacts. The riser is not required for other compatible radio / battery models, but may be used when inserted with the text EVX530 Series visible
