IMPORTANT: Please note that this battery will charge AND power your drone with DJI firmware updates PRIOR TO AND EXCEPT FOR the DJI firmware update dated Sept 5, 2024 - V2.1.28. DJI wrote additional code into this firmware that causes the drone to not recognize 3rd party batteries. Before ordering, please check which firmware you have. Please verify before you buy. You can also ask DJI directly for a link to the previous firmware so that you can downgrade to the firmware that works with batteries other than DJI's own batteries."
