How do I measure PVC shrink wrap?
PVC wrap is sold by its flat width. Measure around your pack, divide by two and add a little room so the wrap slides on before shrinking.
PVC or polyolefin: which should I use?
PVC wrap is the usual outer cover for battery packs. Polyolefin tubing is tougher and more flexible, so it suits wires, joints and single cells.
